Withdrawal Policy.

Note: The legally binding version of this withdrawal notice is the German version. This English translation is provided for convenience only.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Steffen Jahr, Im Brumättle 23, 77656 Offenburg, Germany, e-mail: admin@planesforge.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

You can also declare your withdrawal using the “Withdraw from contract” function in your account on planesforge.de.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is proportional to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service and, before performance began, you expressly consented to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfilment of the contract.

Tournament Premium unlocks the premium features for one specific tournament. We have fully performed this service as soon as the tournament is completed or archived, and at the latest when the tournament day ends (midnight German time). If, before performance began, you expressly consented to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfilment of the contract, your right of withdrawal expires at that moment, even if the fourteen days have not yet passed.

If you withdraw before then, the compensation is based on the agreed total price: until the start of the tournament day (00:00 German time), in proportion to the time elapsed since Premium was activated compared with the time from its activation until then; from the start of the tournament day or an earlier check-in, the full price, because the tournament features are then in use. If Premium had not yet been activated when your withdrawal was received, for instance because your direct debit had not yet cleared, you owe no compensation. Withdrawing ends Premium for the tournament.

You can also withdraw from Tournament Premium using the “Withdraw from contract” button in the Premium section of your tournament’s management page. It is shown for as long as withdrawal is possible.
